Winter/Spring nails – Essie Parka Perfect

I recently got the Get the Gloss box of goodies from Latest in Beauty and it included two mini Essie polishes from their Winter 2013 collection. I managed to resist putting the gorgeous burgundy Shearling Darling and went for Parka Perfect instead, which is completely out of my comfort zone. I was worried that it might look a bit crap as my hands can get quite red when they’re cold but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a lovely duck egg with a really fine glitter which is almost invisible on the nails. I love how the mini Essie polishes come with full-sized brushes – I’m far too cack-handed to get a pale colour to go on evenly with a thinner one.

I think Parka Perfect is only available in the beauty box, which you can find here for £19.95. My two other favourite things from it are the Balance Me Radiance Face Oil rollerball and GlamGlow Supermud Clearing Treatment, both of which are ace.

I love reading comments so let me know what you think!
